 “Nexus Talent Search represents the evolution of my 14-year journey in recruitment - a career that has always been about more than matching skills to job titles.

I began in specialist verticals, building a reputation for delivering exceptional, long-term results. But as I worked closely with clients, one truth stood out: when you introduce the right person - someone who fits the culture and enhances the people around them - their impact extends far beyond their own team. This belief is what drives Nexus Talent Search. 

Over the years, my clients began asking me to support hires across their other teams. They valued the way I worked - a targeted, personal approach that goes beyond matching skills to roles - the goal was to deliver the same success across their head office teams. 

As a result, what started within specialist verticals naturally expanded. Each new brief became an opportunity to replicate that approach across new functions, and over time I’ve built a track record recruiting seamlessly across full head office teams — from Commercial and Finance to IT & Data, Procurement, and Communications.
